Handy pros3/30/2023 ![]() They told me I would incur a fee if I cancel ($40). So I told them I would like to cancel my upcoming job and delete my account as I don't work for free and their system was unable to accept my payment information. More of what, the same screenshot? Went through 6 different chat support people, they finally told me that no one else was experiencing this problem and that they could not explain it. Sent them several screen shots, they asked me to send more. Handy has no support you can call, so I went into online chat, they told me to reinstall the app, did that, tried a different phone, tried wife's bank account and card, nothing worked. ![]() When I tried adding my bank account, it gave me an error "Unable to add bank information" so I tried my debit card, same error. I booked my very first job and was ready to go do it but needed to add my payment information. The app is horrible for a number of reasons but I'll skip that and get to my problem. I'm an experienced general contractor but new in my area, who thought Handy might be an easy way to pick up some extra jobs in my spare time.
